We work hard to get your order out fast—most orders ship within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding noted preorder or backorder items).

🎁 Keeping a gift a surprise?

If you want to ship without any branding, forward your order confirmation email to info@thedimelab.com with HIDE BRANDING in the message and we'll ship discreetly.

🚚 Carriers

• United States: USPS for economy/standard shipping, UPS or FedEx for expedited options.
• Worldwide: Primarily UPS, with DHL used for select locations.

📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Customers are responsible for any costs related to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to a wrong address or missed delivery attempts, we’ll invoice the reship fee and send it back out once payment and updated information are received.
