🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
- You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
- Hats, books, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns must be pre-approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Request & Shipping
- Contact us with your order number and details.
- For U.S. orders: We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and deduct a $7 return fee from your refund (or invoice for exchanges).
- For international orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds & Condition Requirement
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (additional time may be required by your bank or credit card company).
We can only accept returns in new, resaleable condition. If a returned item arrives used, damaged, or missing components, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the return and decline a refund, or
- Deduct a reasonable repair/replacement fee from your refund to cover costs, as we cannot offer the item to another customer.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or find any defects or damage, contact us right away so we can address the issue quickly.
